Terms & Conditions

• Infant (under 2 years old): Free of charge.
• Toddler (2-5 years old): Pay 50% of the package price.
• Children over 5 years old: Full adult price applies.
• Maheswari reserves the right to charge a fuel supplement without prior notice if marine fuel prices exceed IDR 25,000/Liter (65% of the normal price).
• A minimum down payment of 30% of the total purchase is required.
• Final payment must be settled a maximum of 7 days before the trip. If the final payment is not made by the due date, we reserve the right to cancel the booking.
• Rescheduling is only applicable a maximum of 30 days before the trip. Rescheduling less than 30 days before the trip will forfeit the down payment.
• Cancellations by the guest mean no refund, but the booking can be transferred to another person (substitute guest).
• Cancellations or prohibitions by the harbor master or government due to weather conditions, force majeure, natural disasters, terrorism, political instability, or other external events allow the guest to reschedule the trip or receive a full refund.
• Cancellations by the boat operator for unavoidable reasons (e.g., sudden technical issues) mean the operator is responsible for arranging a replacement vessel of the same price or class. If we fail to provide a replacement, the guest shall receive a full refund.
