Terms & Conditions

• Infants under 2 years old are free of charge.
• Children aged 2-5 years are charged 50% of the normal price.
• Children over 5 years old are charged the normal rate.
• Gaisan reserves the right to impose a fuel surcharge without prior notice if marine fuel prices rise above IDR 25,000 per liter.
• A fuel surcharge may apply to existing and new bookings and is not included in the package price.
• A minimum deposit of 30% of the total purchase is required.
• An invoice will be sent through WhatsApp or email after the deposit is paid.
• Final payment must be settled no later than 7 days before departure.
• The booking may be cancelled if final payment is not received by the deadline.
• Rescheduling is permitted no later than 30 days before departure.
• Rescheduling less than 30 days before departure will result in forfeiture of the deposit.
• Guest cancellations are non-refundable, but the booking may be transferred to another person.
• Cancellations caused by harbor authority or government restrictions, weather, force majeure, natural disasters, terrorism, political instability, or other external events may be rescheduled or fully refunded.
• If the boat operator cancels for unavoidable reasons, a replacement vessel of the same price or class will be provided, or a full refund will be issued.
